Bad Customer Service=Mad moose forum members
Thursday, August 30th, 2007My work, with New Works has allowed me access into the New Works Madmoose forum. This has provided a new platform for me to communicate and gossip about work at home ideas.
Although I tag this forum as one of my favorite forums, I must admit that each time I visit….it is like walking into a battlefield, and not being able to find the origin of the battle. The battle progresses from hiring unqualified workers, showing favortism, unfair hiring practices, to just plain bad customer service skills.
The root of these problems stem from one work at home company on the forum that have contracted workers, including myself, to work from home, performing such task as: latch hooking rugs, cutting patterns, article writing, and alot of other jobs that I will not post until I am more sure.
Many workers including myself have tried without success to contact them in order to find out an update on their particular job. I have contacted them on behalf of pay that I have not received. Other forum members have contacted them regarding that status of refund request that were supposely approved. The situation with this company has created a forum of very mad, madmoose members.
Remember that there is power in numbers, so if you have had an experience with this company, if you have run across a bad review of this company, or even if you know someone that has had a bad experience, be sure to post here and ***LINK*** to the bad review or post, so that others will know. This will help to spread the word.
