How to fix your blogif your sidebar moves
As an contributing blogger on New Works, work at home blog I frequently check the blog for new comments and post. Today, when I checked I realized that the blogs sidebar had moved to the end of all the content from the post section.
After carefully checking I realized that a post that I made was responsible for this mess. I’d posted an article on Agloco, where I’d cut and pasted an email into my post. This cut and paste did not fit within the size of my content section, so I ended up being responsible for the entire sidebar dropping below all the content.
How did I fix this????
I decided to delete the entire post. Was that really necessary you might ask? No, it was not and below I will tell you the steps you can take to fix your wordpress blog if your sidebar moves.
First you may want to check the width of your images, to see if the images may be wider the the space allowed for the main content. Try reducing the image in your content section to a smaller size and then view your blog to see if this has made a difference.
Also, you may consider reducing the size of the content area. This can be done by clicking presentations, then theme editor. You can then open up your style.css editor and find the set width. Try reducing the width a little by little, until you get the desired results. Always, remember between changes and views, to undo the previous fix it did not perform the action you were looking for.
